INTRODUCTION TO EXCEL
This Microsoft Excel Introduction course was designed for those who are just starting out in Excel or for those that are looking to refresh their own skills and pick up some shortcuts and hidden gems within Excel. During this course you will gain a solid foundation on the following topics:

The course is Microsoft Excel 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Office 365 compliant.
Prerequisites: To ensure success, students should be familiar with using personal computers, and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. Students should be comfortable in the Windows® 10 environment and be able to use Windows 10 to manage information on their computers. Specific tasks the students should be able to perform include: launching and closing applications, navigating basic file structures, and managing files and folders.
PIVOT TABLES
New to Pivot Tables or want to get more out of them? This online course is designed to give you a solid understanding of Pivot Tables, taking you from novice to expert! Pivot Tables are a powerful tool within Excel that can be used to analyze, sort, filter and present data in an understandable way. By the end of this class students will be able to create pivot table and format and filter pivot tables to better analyze their data.
The course is Microsoft Excel 2016, 2019 and Office 365 compliant.
Prerequisites: Students should know how to create, edit, format and print a worksheet. They should be familiar with the Paste Function tool and be able to write several different types of formulas and functions including SUM, COUNT, COUNTA, and AVERAGE. Students should also be comfortable using the sorting and filtering tools in Excel.
GETTING STARTED WITH POWERPOINT
In this course students will learn the building blocks of a PowerPoint presentation including Templates, Themes, and Layouts. They will add, edit, and format text and image content, and they will learn how to align and layer that content. Finally, students will learn how to print handouts and run a show.

WORKING WITH ANIMATIONS IN POWERPOINT
In this course, students will learn how to streamline their creation process using Layouts and Slide Masters, add visual interest to their presentations using animation, link and embed data from other applications and add charts. Finally, students will learn how to create multiple shows from a single PowerPoint presentation, allowing them to reduce duplication and redundant workflows.
Prerequisites: This course assumes students are well versed in the fundamental functions in PowerPoint.
