Browsing Through Your Document
A lot of people just use the Browse Object tool to page up and page down. But a savvy Word user knows that it’s a great tool for moving efficiently through large documents by browsing from table to table, comment to comment, graphic to graphic, or between a number of other objects.

By default, Browse Object is set to move between pages. You can easily change this by clicking on the “dot” icon between the up and down arrows, and choosing the desired object.

NOTE: You've probably already discovered that the Object changes after a Find. Once you have used the Find feature, the Browse Object tool is automatically set to find the next or previous occurrence of that word, phrase or special character. Of course, if you’re done searching, you can always set the object back to Page.
